Call us as soon as you have finalized the date of your event. Even if you don't know the time and place, we can book you under the date and type of inflatable. What type of payment methods does Jump for Joy accept? We accept cash, checks, and credit cards? We also accept payments through Paypal. How many children can bounce at the same time? Most of our bouncers can safely fit 6-10 depending on their size? Can adults get on the inflatables also? Yes, our inflatables are commercial quality and enjoyable for adults within safety specifications. What areas are best for setting up the inflatables? We can safely setup the inflatables on grass or concrete surfaces. We prefer to set up on areas free of rocks, sticks, mud, and holes. Do I have to come pick up the inflatable and set it up myself? No, Jump for Joy delivers the JOY to you, by setting up your inflatable safely, going over safety rules with you, and returning at the end of your rental to take down and remove the equipment. When would I need to order a generator with my order? Typically, if you rent more than one inflatable you will need separate outlets for each inflatable (due to possible fuses being blown or tripping breakers due to overload). If you don't have enough separate outlets, then you may need a generator. Also, you will need one in setup areas that are more than 100 feet from an electric outlet.
